Product Description
High Gloss Metal Poly Urethane Coating is an anti-corrosive liquid chemical solvent which is used to provide a shield over different types of objects to protect them against environmental attacks. It consist of an isocyanate group which acts as a base material for the production of this chemical. The solvent has a good reactivity helps to provide a good bonding between the additives and other constituents present to provide a uniformity and high adhesion with the surface on which it is going to be applied. High Gloss Metal Poly Urethane Coating provides excellent finish and high gloss with a good resistance against abrasion.

Surface Preparation & Substrate Condition
- Can be applied on epoxy primer, epoxy /polyurethane undercoat; surface must be dry & free from all surface contamination. Surface of aged epoxy coating should be sufficiently roughened prior to painting.
- Substrate temperature should be at least 3C above dew point but not above 50C.
- Stir the base and hardener separately to get an uniform mix, then add hardener slowly to the base slowly with constant stirring for quick homogenous mixing.
