Surface Preparation and Substrate Condition:
- Surfaces should be dry and free of rust, loose scale, and mill scale.
- At least 3 degree Celsius above the dew point but no higher than 50 degree Celsius must be the surface temperature.
Mixing of Special Purpose Epoxy Finish Coating:
The base and hardener should be stirred separately first for homogenous blending, and then the hardener should be slowly added to the base with constant stirring.
- Mixing ratio: Base : Hardener :: 3 :1(v/v)
- Induction time: 30 minutes
- Pot life at 30 degree Celsius: 8 hours
